Carmichael College, established in Morayfield in 2015, currently educates 950 students from Prep to Year 12. The College plans to grow its enrolment to a maximum of 1,400 students.

Secondary Teacher
The College is seeking applications from experienced and passionate Christian teachers to teach Secondary students. In this role you will not only implement effective and inclusive teaching and learning, but you will also provide for the physical, social, spiritual and emotional wellbeing of students. Grounds Lead/Grounds Officer
Carmichael College is looking for an experienced Grounds Lead/Grounds Officer to join our Facilities team. The Grounds Lead/Grounds Officer is responsible for maintaining the grounds across the College, including regular upkeep and planning future horticultural projects.

Head of Upper Primary 2027
Carmichael College invites applications from qualified, experienced and passionate Christian leaders to commence this role in Term 1, 2027.
As a strategic and relational person, the Head of Upper Primary will provide overall leadership and management of teaching staff and students within Year 4 to Year 6.
The successful applicant should have:
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with the Head of Primary, Principal, and College Leadership to shape, communicate, and commit to a shared educational and eternal vision.
- Deep understanding and integration of a Biblical Worldview in both educational practice and leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in crafting and culture aspects within a school context that adds to the vision and values of the school.
- Extensive classroom experience across a range of Primary year levels, coupled with a strong background in educational leadership.
- Highly developed communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with staff, students, and families.

Primary Teacher Aide – Learning Enrichment
The College is seeking applications from Christian professionals to join our team as a Teacher Aide in our Primary School Learning Enrichment department. The Learning Enrichment Teacher Aide supports student learning across the Primary School. This position is available for an immediate start.
In this role on any given day you will:
- Assist teachers and students with teaching and learning activities.
- Work 1-to-1 with students to support individualised access to curriculum and activities.
- Display respect and empathy for all students, and especially those with additional learning needs.
- Display confidentiality, tact, reliability and sensitivity to students and their families.

- Assist in preparing, storing, making available and clearing away teaching equipment and materials.

Relief Teachers
The College is seeking applications from Christian professionals to fill Relief Teachers roles. All subject areas are welcomed across Primary School, Middle School and Senior School. The successful applicants will be practicing Christians, who are able to actively express the College’s Christian faith. Applicants will be Queensland registered Teachers who possess the following skills and attributes:
- Have a Biblical worldview and integrate biblical principles in teaching and learning programs.
- Ability to apply appropriate knowledge in order to teach prepared learning programs provided by the classroom teacher.
- Knowledge of and the ability to implement effective and inclusive teaching and learning processes, including the use of learning technology and assessment, to establish a challenging learning environment in which students are encouraged to work towards attainment of their potential.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students including the use of appropriate interpersonal skills, and the ability to apply appropriate behaviour management strategies that contribute to the establishment and maintenance of a supportive learning environment.
