Carmichael offers affordable Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) to Carmichael College students.

Outside School Hours Care Fees
School Term
Before school care – $25 p/session
After school care – $37 p/session
Casual Fees
Before school care – $30 p/session
After school care – $40 p/session
Vacation Care
Incursion & Excursion day – $95 p/day
Vacation care centre day – $85 p/day
Children booked into Vacation Care will not be charged Before school care/After school care holiday rates at the same time.
Cancellation of Bookings
A limit of 42 days absence per financial year, which includes holidays, sick days, and occasional absences. After these 42 days, Child Care Benefit can only be claimed if a doctor’s certificate is provided. Without a doctor’s certificate, the Child Care Benefit cannot be claimed for absences and full fees must be paid. Absences will appear on your statements.
Families may be eligible for child care subsidies from the Australian Government. Please see the Australian Government website for more details.
